Château Villefranche - Sauternes 

Our Sauternes was the first wine produced by our ancestors, it is genuinely part of our heritage. The meticulous production process and stringent selection of plots on the Haut-Barsac plateau create a close complicity with the terroir that is fully expressed in our wine.  

Of consistently high quality, our Sauternes is predominantly characterized by the classic Semillon grape. It offers a clear, golden color and a bouquet with overtones of ripe yellow fruit, quince, and honey, and exceptional balance and body. It can be enjoyed with dishes from the aperitif through to dessert.
